The talk will start with an introduction to Temasek Labs, providing an overview of the signal processing research focus and our approach to research and collaboration. Experience will be shared on past ventures into Sub-Nyquist Receiver technology and ongoing developments in emitter localization in urban environments. Finally, the talk will conclude with a discussion on new research directions.

Speaker Bio: Dr. See is a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff at DSO National Laboratories, Singapore, where he has led teams in advanced signal processing research and development for over three decades. He also holds an adjunct appointment as a Principal Research Scientist at TL@NTU. His research interests lie in statistical and array signal processing, communications, and the convergence of signal processing with artificial intelligence. Dr. See’s contributions to Singapore’s defense R&D have been recognized with the Defence Technology Prize (DTP) 2015 Individual R&D Award, as well as the Team Award for Engineering and Research in 2014 and 2022, respectively. He has also served as an Associate Editor for the IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing and as a member of the IEEE Sensor Array and Multichannel Signal Processing Technical Committee.
