This week we will talk about Razor – a visionary paper that introduced a radical new idea in low-energy, reliable computing for feedforward CPU datapaths. We will also discuss some bigger picture issues discussed in a CCC /Reliabilty Visioning study. This should hopefully provide some context for where the world is headed and what sort of problems would be relevant to look at…
