In this tutorial talk, two engineers from one of the biggest hearing aid companies Widex, Denmark, will present the state-of-the-art in signal processing for commercial hearing aids. Special emphasis will be on algorithms for microphone matching and speech intelligebility. This will be supported by a number of practical case studies. Directions for future work in DSP for hearing aids will also be outlined. This talk is part of the COMMSP Seminar series.
