We will review few key papers from the ARC conference held in Belfast last week. While a bulk of the papers were clearly a work-in-progress, there were a few interesting, well-presented papers. The plenary talks by Gordon Brebner and Steve Furber are also worth a discussion.

1. Pipelined, Interleaved Heterogeneous SIMD Soft-Processor Array for MIMO -OFDM Detection (Best Paper)

2. Automatic Generation of FPGA -Specific Pipelined Processors

3. Regular Expression Matching Circuit based on Decomposed Automaton.

4. FPGA Accelerated Parallel Sparse Matrix Factorization for Circuit Simulations.
